How do I find the right size?
Measure your child's foot from the heel to the longest toe and compare the result with our supplier's size chart.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days within Switzerland and up to 7 business days to Germany from receipt of payment. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt. Please register your return by emailing info@maku-kids.ch before sending it back. Return shipping costs are paid by you; if an item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we cover the necessary return shipping costs.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges depend on availability. Please email us at info@maku-kids.ch before returning the item. We will work with you to find the best solution.
What should I do if an item is defective or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@maku-kids.ch. If possible, include photos and your order number. We will review the case and let you know the next steps.
How should I care for the products?
Please follow the care instructions for the individual product. Materials and construction can vary, so the same washing temperature does not apply to the entire range.
