1. Validity of the GTC and conclusion of contract

  • 1.1 These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to sales contracts with private customers and companies that are concluded via the provider's website.
  • 1.2 The order is confirmed by the provider. The contract is concluded as soon as the buyer receives the confirmation. If the confirmation is not received within a reasonable period of time, the buyer considers this as a refusal of the order and is entitled to conclude the contract with another supplier.

2. Prices and Special Offers

  • 2.1 The prices are given in CHF. VAT and advance recycling fee and handling is included. Shipping costs are charged extra.
  • 2.2 The provider reserves the right to change the prices at any time. The prices published on the website on the order date apply to customers.

  • 2.4 The lowest price guarantee only applies to equivalent shops, no auctions, no offers limited in time or quantity and only applies if this product is also in stock at the desired shop. Since we offer free shipping, you should always compare the product price with the cheapest shipping method. Furthermore, we cannot offer the products cheaper than the minimum sales price specified by the manufacturer.

3. Terms of Delivery

  • 3.1 The information on the following page applies to shipping fees and delivery times:
  • 3.2 Customers abroad are obliged to inform themselves about which products may be imported.
  • 3.3 If, in the case of shipments abroad, the customs authorities return the goods, the value of the goods (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded less a processing fee of CHF 10.00.
  • 3.4 If the customer orders goods abroad which are confiscated/destroyed by customs, there is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price.
  • 3.5 We fully guarantee all domestic packages up to delivery. We are not liable for successfully delivered packages that disappear in front of the front door.
  • 3.6 If a delivery is missed due to possible theft, the customer is obliged to report this within 14 days in order to be able to initiate a corresponding prosecution procedure. Reporting a theft is the responsibility of the customer.
  • 3.7 Shipping charges will be displayed prior to confirming the order. The buyer accepts these when completing the order. If the actual shipping fees deviate from the amount charged, there is still no right to a refund of any kind.
  • 3.8 For returns / exchanges, the seller reserves the right to charge the buyer a fee of 10% of the value of the goods, or a flat rate of CHF 10.00 plus the shipping fees paid as processing fees.
  • 3.9 The customer must be at least 18 years old.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Right of Withdrawal

  • 4.1 For orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, customers can cancel the purchase contract within 7 days without giving a reason and without paying a penalty if the product has not been used and the packaging has not been opened. The right of the buyer to claim damages remains reserved in all cases.
  • 6.4 If there is a guarantee case, the customer can send the devices by post or bring them to the shop. In the case of an on-site diagnosis, the seller reserves the right to keep the device for several days for a more thorough examination. If the customer sends this by post, the postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • 6.5 In the case of returns which are against the guarantee provisions specified by the seller, the seller reserves the right to charge the customer processing and shipping fees of up to CHF 50.
  • 6.6 The seller is not liable for any damage caused by improper handling.

7. Payment

  • 7.1 Payment can be made in the following ways at the request of the customer:

  • 8.4 Furthermore, the provider is not liable for force majeure, improper action and disregard for the risks on the part of the customer or third parties, excessive stress, unsuitable equipment of the customer or third parties, extreme environmental influences, interventions by the customer or disturbances by third parties (viruses, worms, etc.), that happen despite the necessary current safety precautions.

9. Applicable Law and Venue

  • 9.2 The court at the registered office of the seller is responsible for complaints by a customer. The court at the domicile of the defendant party is responsible for complaints by the provider.
